The interest form prepares an email using the details you enter. It does not submit or store those details on this website. You must send the email from your own email app; your email provider processes it when you send it.

Who to contact
Kinzua Mountain Outfitters is the hunting business. Michael Pesicka is a co-owner and the booking contact. Ramiro A provides website administration and technical support; he does not manage hunt bookings or refunds.
For business privacy questions or requests concerning your interest-list or booking information, contact Michael at kinzuamountainoutfitters@gmail.com or 541-571-5899. Website concerns may also be directed to Michael for referral to the website administrator.
Information you send
The 2028 interest-list button opens your email application with questions about your name, email, optional phone number, hunt type, group size, and optional dates. You must complete and send that email yourself. Opening the link does not submit information, enroll you automatically, or reserve a hunt. Email messages are delivered to the outfitter’s displayed Gmail address. Calls and emails are handled directly by the business.
Contact Michael to ask about how your messages are used or retained, request a correction or deletion, or ask to be removed from the interest list. Please do not include payment-card details or sensitive identity documents in an interest-list message.
Technical information
Service providers may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, and page requests, to deliver and protect this website. The website does not accept online payments; interest-list inquiries are sent through your own email app.
Cookies and embedded videos
The homepage automatically loads a Vimeo background video when browser and playback conditions permit. Other ranch videos load when you choose to play them. Loading a video connects your browser to Vimeo and may transmit technical information such as your IP address.
Our Vimeo embeds use the player’s do-not-track setting. This limits tracking, but essential security cookies may still be used, and your browser may send existing Vimeo cookies. It does not make the player cookie-free. Read Vimeo’s player cookie information and privacy policy.
You can manage cookies through your browser’s privacy settings. Restricting third-party content or cookies may affect video playback. This site does not use Jimdo’s cookie controls.
Fonts and external links
Google Fonts supplies the typography, which sends font requests to Google when pages load. See Google’s privacy policy. The Google Maps and 360° ranch tours, Instagram, and Vimeo links open external services with their own privacy practices.
